Developed and executed as a personal initiative.
Goal: Develop a guide for graphic design interns that outlines basic information about Newell, it’s divisions + functions, the design review process, need scope and helpful tools and tops for (1) day-to-day and (2) their end of internship presentation.
This booklet was incredibly well-received by leadership, including the SVP of design and innovation. I was asked to make additional copies so that they could be shared with the Jarden board of directors while they were visiting prior to the acquisition. The completion of this booklet also kick started an important conversation about developing better on boarding materials for new hires and was part of the welcome kits for the 2017 summer graphic interns.
